Ben was elected the new Chairman of the Parliament Estate Residents Association (PERA) in what stakeholders described as a free, fair, and well-conducted election. The election was supervised by an Electoral Committee headed by Prof. Francis Gbore, whose leadership ensured a transparent, credible, and peaceful process, culminating in a smooth transition to the new administration.
