The Forum of Education Officers (FOREDO) Applauds the Head of Service for Strategic Appointments

FOREDO, the umbrella body for all Education Officers in the Civil Service of Ondo State, under the leadership of Oyebanji Bada (Esq.) appreciates the Head of Service, Mr. Bayo Philip, for the recent appointments of Mrs. F.M. Arowosade and Dr. Akindele Ige as Administrative Secretaries of the Ondo State Scholarship Board and the Ministry of Education, Science & Technology respectively.


In a statement signed by the leadership of the Forum, it was reiterated that these appointments reflect the unwavering commitment of the Head of Service in ensuring excellent service delivery in all sectors within the service by recognizing seasoned educationists for strategic leadership roles particularly in the Education Sector. 

The elevation of these two distinguished professionals is a testament to their dedication, competence, and years of selfless service in the sector.


The Forum also expresses profound gratitude to the amiable Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for deeming Education Officers worthy of such high-level responsibilities. This gesture serves as a strong motivation to all Education Officers and reinforces the Governor’s confidence in professionalism and capacity of those within the system.


FOREDO pledges its unalloyed loyalty to this administration and reaffirms its commitment to supporting the successful implementation of Mr. Governor’s laudable "OUR EASE" agenda. As civil servants, we remain dedicated to excellence delivery within the service and contributing meaningfully to the success of this people-centered government.


Finally, the Forum once again, deeply appreciates this great honour, which we do not take for granted. Like Oliver Twist, FOREDO prayed, these appointments will soon be converted to full fledged Permanent Secretaries as we also pray for more of such.
